European football kick-off times across time zones are a planning problem before they are a streaming problem. A listing that says 15:00 in the UK is a different hour in Dubai, Riyadh, Paris and New York. This note is for viewers in the Middle East and North Africa, in Europe, and in North America who follow league and cup football played on European clocks.

Where the published kick-off comes from

The Premier League’s 2026/27 fixture release says weekend and bank-holiday matches kick off at 15:00 UK time, and midweek matches at 20:00, unless a fixture says otherwise. The opening weekend also uses 12:30, 17:30, 14:00 and 16:30. An amendments note says those UK times are BST through Saturday 24 October 2026 and GMT from Sunday 25 October. If a match moves, use the league’s new line.

UEFA’s 2026/27 Champions League regulations, Article 25, set the principle at 21:00 CET, with two Tuesday and two Wednesday league-phase matches at 18:45 CET (and two Thursday matches at 18:45 on matchday one). The last league-phase matchday is simultaneous on a Wednesday at 21:00 CET. Knockout play-offs and the round of 16 are 18:45 or 21:00 CET. Quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final are 21:00 CET in principle. Article 25 allows exceptions.

CET is UTC+1, the winter offset. Until 25 October 2026, Paris, Madrid, Berlin and Rome are on summer time, UTC+2. Convert the wall clock printed for that city. Adding a further hour because the regulation says “CET” puts you an hour out.

Lega Serie A’s 2026/27 note uses Italian local time, the same zone as Paris, with a 20:45 evening slot and earlier Saturday and Sunday slots. Some rounds drop Friday or Monday. The Bundesliga publishes German local time in batches. On 10 September 2026, bundesliga.com listed Cologne against Borussia Mönchengladbach for Sunday 11 October at 15:30 CEST: 14:30 in London, 16:30 in Riyadh, 17:30 in Dubai, 09:30 in New York and 06:30 in Los Angeles. LaLiga uses mainland Spain time. The Canary Islands stay an hour behind Madrid all year, in step with London.

Season pages for the Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga and LaLiga cover the competitions. This page is the clock.

How to convert one kick-off

  1. Copy the published kick-off and the zone beside it: “15:00 UK”, “21:00 in Paris”, “20:45 in Rome”, “15:30 in Berlin”.
  2. Check daylight saving on that date. Europe, including the UK, turns clocks back on Sunday 25 October 2026. Most of the United States and Canada do it on Sunday 1 November 2026. The UAE stays on UTC+4. Saudi Arabia and Qatar stay on UTC+3.
  3. Convert into the city where you watch. Dubai is not Riyadh, and New York is not Los Angeles.
  4. Set the programme guide to that city, with any time-shift offset at zero.
  5. Choose live or catch-up, then leave the device alone.

A 15:00 UK kick-off on three Saturdays

London’s label stays 15:00. The other cities move when the clocks do.

Central Europe stays one hour ahead of London all year, so 15:00 UK is 16:00 in Paris, Madrid, Berlin and Rome in August and in December. Dubai, fixed at UTC+4, sees 18:00 while Britain is on summer time and 19:00 after the UK returns to GMT. Riyadh and Doha, fixed at UTC+3, move from 17:00 to 18:00. The winter afternoon is an hour later in the Gulf.

New York and Toronto are 10:00 when both sides are on daylight time, and 10:00 again when both are on standard time. On 31 October the East Coast is still on daylight time, so the listing is 11:00. Chicago is an hour earlier than New York, and Los Angeles is three hours earlier. Phoenix, Hawaii and Saskatchewan do not follow that November change.

12:30 UK is two and a half hours earlier than the table, 17:30 is two and a half hours later, and 20:00 UK matches 21:00 in Paris.

Champions League: 21:00 and 18:45 in Paris

18:45 in Paris is two hours and fifteen minutes earlier that same day. A Serie A 20:45 in Rome is fifteen minutes before the 21:00 row. In the gap week and in winter, 21:00 in Paris is midnight the next day in Dubai.

The gap week in both tables is 25 October through 31 October 2026: Europe, including the UK, is already on standard time and most of the US and Canada are not. Gulf clocks never move, so their winter hour starts on 25 October and stays there.

Catch-up when the hour is awkward

Choose live when the local hour is a comfortable afternoon or evening. Choose the next day when it is 04:30 in Los Angeles or midnight in Dubai, and only if that channel offers catch-up.

WorldIPTV’s guide copy says channels with a clock icon keep seven days of catch-up. A missing icon means you need the live window. Mute scores until you press play. The published one-screen monthly price is $12, €11 or £9.50, with longer terms on the pricing page. Two matches at once belong on the compare page, where screen count sits next to that price list.

Leave the setup alone

Keep the player on the city where the television is, and convert the match on paper. A guide flipped to London mislabels the rest of the day. If the grid is a steady hour off after the city is right, set the time-shift offset back to zero. Stay with the connection that already held a full programme, test earlier, then stop. Write the printed kick-off, your city’s hour, and “live” or “catch-up” beside the remote.

When the guide and the paper disagree

Check the fixture date, then the daylight-saving week, then the city name in the player. Broadcast selections move Premier League games, and Article 25 allows UEFA to move a kick-off.

If those three agree and the guide still differs, send the published time and your city. WhatsApp +44 7307 410512: ask WorldIPTV to check the kick-off against your city.

FAQ

Is 15:00 in the UK always 10:00 in New York?
It is 10:00 when both are on daylight time, and again when both are on standard time. From 25 to 31 October 2026 the UK is on GMT and New York is still on EDT, so 15:00 UK time is 11:00 in New York and Toronto.
What does 21:00 CET mean in the summer?
Article 25 states 21:00 CET as the principle and 18:45 CET on the early slots. CET is UTC+1. In summer, Paris, Madrid, Berlin and Rome are on CEST, UTC+2. A 21:00 listing on the Paris clock uses the Paris row above.
Why is a winter Premier League afternoon later in the Gulf?
The UAE stays on UTC+4, and Saudi Arabia and Qatar stay on UTC+3, with no daylight saving. After the UK returns to GMT, a 15:00 listing is 19:00 in Dubai and 18:00 in Riyadh, an hour later than in summer.
Can I watch an early or late kick-off the next day?
Yes, when that channel shows catch-up. On WorldIPTV, a clock icon means seven days, which is what the site’s guide copy states. With no icon, plan to watch live, and mute scores until you start.
Should the app be set to London for an English match?
Set the guide to the city where the television sits, and keep the time-shift offset at zero. Convert the London kick-off into that city so the rest of the day stays on your clock.
Which channel shows the match?
This page converts published kick-off times. Your player shows the lineup. If the kick-off has moved, use the league’s fixture page.
