LaLiga EA SPORTS jornada 8 runs from Friday 9 October to Monday 12 October 2026. The league's note of 10 September 2026 puts Málaga CF against RCD Espanyol at 21:00 on the Friday and Levante UD against Sevilla FC at 21:00 on the Monday. The other eight kick-offs come from each club's fixtures row on the league site, read for this update on 6 October 2026.

Which fixtures did LaLiga publish for 9–12 October 2026?

The 10 September news page names the round, says it has ten matches, and times only the opening match and the closing match. The middle eight are on the club fixtures pages. Both clubs list the same opponent, the same date and the same clock wherever both pages showed a table. Elche CF vs Celta is taken from Celta's row. Deportivo Alavés vs Atlético de Madrid is taken from Atlético's row. Real Betis vs CA Osasuna is taken from Betis's row. R. Racing Club vs Valencia CF is taken from Valencia's row. "R. Racing Club" is the string that page prints. "Celta" is the string on Celta's row.

The clocks have no CET or CEST label. They are the hours LaLiga prints, and they line up with mainland Spain. On 9–12 October 2026 mainland Spain is still on Central European Summer Time, UTC+2. European and UK clocks go back on Sunday 25 October 2026, so the UK is still on British Summer Time, UTC+1. US Eastern stays on daylight time, UTC−4, until Sunday 1 November 2026. Subtract two hours for UTC, one hour for the UK, and six hours for New York. Those three columns are a conversion, not a second listing from the league.

Ten matches is the full round the September note describes. No two matches on the same day share a clock. A guide left on UTC shows Friday's whistle at 19:00. 21:00 in Madrid is 20:00 in London on this weekend. Set the guide to the city where the television sits.

What do the club pages say about the operator?

Each fixtures row has an operator cell. This page repeats that cell and nothing else. It does not add a UK, US or Latin American broadcaster, a channel number, or a commentary language.

FixtureOperator cell on the LaLiga club page
Málaga CF vs RCD EspanyolDAZN (Málaga and Espanyol pages agree)
Rayo Vallecano vs Athletic ClubDAZN, DAZN EN ABIERTO (Rayo and Athletic pages agree)
Deportivo Alavés vs Atlético de MadridMovistar LALIGA (Atlético page)
FC Barcelona vs Getafe CFDAZN (Barcelona and Getafe pages agree)
Real Madrid vs Villarreal CFMovistar LALIGA, Movistar Plus+, Orange Fútbol 1 (both pages agree)
Elche CF vs CeltaMovistar LALIGA (Celta page)
Real Sociedad vs RC DeportivoDAZN (both pages agree)
Real Betis vs CA OsasunaMovistar LALIGA (Betis page)
R. Racing Club vs Valencia CFDAZN (Valencia page)
Levante UD vs Sevilla FCMovistar LALIGA (Levante and Sevilla pages agree)

"DAZN EN ABIERTO" is the label printed next to Rayo vs Athletic. This article does not turn that label into a promise that the match is free outside Spain. A later LaLiga change would replace these cells. The tables are what those pages showed on 6 October 2026.

WorldIPTV is a separate living-room subscription beside those operators. This article does not place any of the ten matches on a WorldIPTV channel. A picture test shows whether your set holds a stream. The rights question stays with the operator named for the country where you watch.

How do the four clocks fall outside Spain?

Saturday and Sunday each use four hours, one match at each hour: 14:00, 16:15, 18:30 and 21:00 mainland Spain time.

14:00 in Spain is 12:00 UTC, 13:00 BST and 08:00 EDT. That is Rayo vs Athletic on Saturday and Elche vs Celta on Sunday. An alarm set only for the evening misses both.

16:15 in Spain is 14:15 UTC, 15:15 BST and 10:15 EDT. Alavés vs Atlético is the Saturday match at that hour. Real Sociedad vs RC Deportivo is the Sunday match.

18:30 in Spain is 16:30 UTC, 17:30 BST and 12:30 EDT. Barcelona vs Getafe is Saturday. Betis vs Osasuna is Sunday.

21:00 in Spain is 19:00 UTC, 20:00 BST and 15:00 EDT. Four matches use that hour, on four different days: Málaga vs Espanyol on Friday, Real Madrid vs Villarreal on Saturday, Racing vs Valencia on Sunday, and Levante vs Sevilla on Monday. The hour repeats. The matches do not overlap.

Readers in another city should start from the UTC column. This page does not print a Canary Islands, Mexico or Buenos Aires column, because the club pages do not label a zone of their own.

What should you check on the television before Friday?

Use the set you will watch on. Prefer Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Open the player you already use, and keep the login in your own notes. This page has no playlist address. Set the guide to your city, play a channel that is not the match, and check that sound matches the picture. If it still fails after one band change and one quality drop, stop before Málaga–Espanyol.

Install guides on this site plan for about 10 Mbps sustained per HD stream and about 25 Mbps per 4K stream. Charge the remote on Friday afternoon. Subscribers follow the law where they watch. The licensed path there is the path for the match.

FAQ

Is every jornada 8 fixture in the table?
Yes. The September note says the round has ten matches between Friday 9 and Monday 12 October 2026. The table names all ten. The middle eight come from the club fixture rows. The September paragraph only times Málaga–Espanyol and Levante–Sevilla.
Which broadcasters are actually cited?
Only the operator cell on the LaLiga club page for that tie: DAZN, the extra label DAZN EN ABIERTO on Rayo vs Athletic, Movistar LALIGA, and, for Real Madrid vs Villarreal, Movistar Plus+ and Orange Fútbol 1 as well. No foreign broadcaster is named.
What time is Real Madrid vs Villarreal in London and New York?
21:00 mainland Spain time on Saturday 10 October 2026 is 20:00 BST and 15:00 EDT, or 19:00 UTC. Spain and the UK are still on summer time. The US East Coast is still on daylight time.
Do any matches on the same day kick off together?
No. Saturday's four matches and Sunday's four matches each use 14:00, 16:15, 18:30 and 21:00 once. Friday and Monday each have a single match, both at 21:00 Spain time on their own day.
Does one app on this site include the jornada?
This page does not say that. It does not publish a channel list for any tie, and it does not claim broadcast rights. Confirm the operator in your country, then judge picture and guide timing on your own connection before you pay.
