A 4K badge on a trailer does not tell you whether Saturday's match will hold on your television. This checklist compares three ways to watch live sport: WorldIPTV, a sports streaming app, and satellite. It quotes WorldIPTV prices only. It does not quote app or satellite prices, and it does not claim a channel list. Confirm the match in a guide you can see, then decide.

You are responsible for using any service in line with the laws where you live and watch. A short overview is in Is IPTV legal?.

Trial first, then a plan

WorldIPTV's free trial is 24 hours, with no card, and it includes the channels and the on-demand library. Use it on the television you will actually watch, during a live sports window if you can. If the picture breaks, stop. A longer plan does not repair a connection that already failed.

After a clean trial, open compare and set sport, Prefer 4K or HD, screens, and region. Then read the same total on pricing. Pay only if the trial matched what you wanted to see.

What to check on each path

Is this live match in 4K?Look in the guide during the trial. The site says main sports and movie channels are in 4K, and that most channels are Full HD.Read that event's page on the app. A 4K replay is not a 4K live match.Read the operator's current guide, and check that the box outputs 4K.
Does 4K change the price? No. The same four plans include 4K, FHD and HD.Check that app's own plan page. This article does not quote it.Check whether a 4K box or a sports tier is extra. This article does not quote it.
What has to work in the room?A 4K television, a supported player, and the speed below. The app on a 4K device, and an account that includes the event where you live.A dish or building feed, a 4K receiver, and the sports package.
How do you leave?Prepaid 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Plans do not renew on their own. 7-day money-back after activation.Read that app's cancellation terms.Read the contract length on the operator's page.

The pricing page's comparison row labels WorldIPTV 4K as included, cable and satellite 4K as an extra fee, and streaming 4K as a premium tier. Those are labels on this site, not the other companies' price lists. For an amount, use their current page.

What this site says about the picture

The public FAQ, also on FAQ, states the quality in one sentence: most channels are available in Full HD (1080p), and the main sports and movie channels are in 4K. Adaptive quality keeps the stream running on slower connections. Every plan lists "4K / FHD / HD streams". Choosing Prefer 4K on the compare page does not add a fee.

The same FAQ states the planning speed: 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K per screen, with Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi recommended. That figure is per screen. Two pictures at once are two streams. This page does not add other bandwidth numbers.

Supported players listed on the site are Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows and macOS. Setup notes are in the Firestick guide and the smart TV guide. A 4K panel still shows HD if the player or the stream is HD. Check the stream, not the television's marketing sticker.

Live service health is on the status page. Country lineups, where this site publishes them, are on the country pages linked below. Confirm a named match in the guide during the trial. This article does not repeat those lineups and does not say every sports feed is 4K.

One-screen prices, with 4K included

These are the one-screen totals in the site plan list. The per-month figure is that total divided by the number of months, then rounded to the nearest cent. None of these one-screen results lands exactly on half a cent. Where the result is a whole number, the pricing page prints it without decimals.

The 6-month plan is marked most popular. The 12-month plan is marked best value. Two simultaneous screens multiply the one-screen price by 1.4, and three multiply it by 1.75, with the result rounded to the nearest cent. The table below is one screen only.

PlanUSD totalUSD / monthEUR totalEUR / monthGBP totalGBP / monthCAD totalCAD / monthAUD totalAUD / month
1-month plan$12$12€11€11£9.50£9.50C$16C$16A$18A$18
3-month plan$25$8.33€23€7.67£20£6.67C$34C$11.33A$38A$12.67
6-month plan$35$5.83€32€5.33£28£4.67C$48C$8A$54A$9
12-month plan$65$5.42€60€5£52£4.33C$89C$7.42A$99A$8.25

Worked examples of the rounding: $35 divided by 6 is $5.833…, which rounds to $5.83. €23 divided by 3 is €7.666…, which rounds to €7.67. £52 divided by 12 is £4.333…, which rounds to £4.33. C$89 divided by 12 is C$7.4166…, which rounds to C$7.42. A$38 divided by 3 is A$12.666…, which rounds to A$12.67. €60 divided by 12 is €5 exactly.

Which currency to read

The compare page has three region chips. Each chip sets a starting currency. Country pages then use the currency stored for that country.

  • EU. The EU chip opens in euros. France, Germany, Spain and Italy are euro pages. The UK page is in pounds, so switch the compare currency to GBP or the card will not match a UK total.
  • US / CA. The US / CA chip opens in US dollars, which matches IPTV USA. Canada is billed in Canadian dollars. Select the chip, then switch to CAD.
  • Arab / MENA. The Arab / MENA chip opens in US dollars and uses the same four plans. The site does not publish a separate Arab or MENA country page. The chip does not add a 4K fee.
  • Australia. Australia is not one of the three chips. The Australia page is in Australian dollars. Set the currency to AUD before you compare a total.

Sport and 4K preference are the same controls in every region. Neither one changes the price in the table. Plan length is a separate choice on compare. Broader sport notes are on IPTV sport and IPTV football.

A short plan or a long one, after the picture holds

Choose duration only after the 4K check. The channel package does not grow because the term is longer.

A 1-month plan fits a first paid month, a short stay, or a single event window. A 3-month or 6-month plan fits a season you already know you will watch, once the trial looked right. The 6-month plan is the one marked most popular. A 12-month plan is the lowest cost per month in the table above, and it is the one marked best value. Skip it if the trial picture was weak, or if you only needed a few weeks.

Checklist before you pay anyone

  1. Name the match, the kick-off, and the television. A phone trailer is not the test.
  2. On WorldIPTV, start the 24-hour trial. Open a live sports channel and note whether the guide shows 4K or HD.
  3. Prefer Ethernet or 5 GHz. The published planning speeds are 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K per screen.
  4. If it buffers, try one quality drop. If it still fails, do not buy a longer term to "see if it settles".
  5. On compare, set your region, then the currency, then sport and Prefer 4K. Read the total again on pricing.
  6. For a sports app, confirm on that app's site that the live event is in 4K in your country, how many screens play at once, and how you cancel. Do not use a price from a roundup.
  7. For satellite, confirm dish or building feed, a receiver that outputs 4K, and the sports package and contract on the operator's current page. This site does not publish satellite signal figures.
  8. If the WorldIPTV total and the pricing page disagree, use the pricing page.

Still unsure after the trial

Questions about a 4K sports check can go to WhatsApp on +44 7307 410512: message WorldIPTV. Ask after you have watched, not instead of watching.

FAQ

Does 4K cost extra on WorldIPTV?
No. Every plan includes 4K, FHD and HD streams. Prefer 4K on the compare page does not change the total. One-screen prices are in the table above and on the pricing page. Two screens cost 1.4 times that price, and three cost 1.75 times, rounded to the nearest cent.
What speed does the site publish for 4K?
The FAQ states 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K per screen, and recommends Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Those are planning figures for the stream, not a promise about your building's internet.
Should I trust a blog that quotes sports-app or satellite prices?
Not from this page. It does not quote them. The pricing page labels cable and satellite 4K as an extra fee and streaming 4K as a premium tier, and it does not list those companies' amounts. Use the app's or the operator's own current page, then compare the features you actually need.
Which currency matches EU, the US, Canada, and Arab / MENA?
The EU chip opens in euros. The US / CA chip and the Arab / MENA chip open in US dollars. UK totals are the pound column. Canada totals are the Canadian dollar column. Australia totals are the Australian dollar column. Set the region first, then the currency. There is no separate Arab or MENA country page on this site.
What should the 24-hour trial prove?
That a live sports picture holds on your television. The trial is 24 hours, no card. If the match you care about is not in 4K in the guide, or the picture still breaks on Ethernet or 5 GHz, do not buy a longer plan to find out later.
Does a longer plan add 4K channels?
No. The 1-month, 3-month, 6-month and 12-month plans share the same feature list, including 4K, FHD and HD. A longer plan lowers the cost per month. It does not change the picture format. Country pages are where this site publishes lineups. Confirm the match in the guide.
